Objective: Autophagy is necessary for the progression of psoriasis. This study aimed to recognize possible autophagy-related genes in psoriasis via bioinformatics present a better standard clinical treatment and management Methods: The GEO dataset was utilized derive mRNA expression profile database GSE78097. R software find autophagy-associated that may be expressed Then, Protein-protein interaction (PPI) correlation differentially carried out, GO KEGG enrichment analysis used investigate any potential signaling pathways linked.
